  • What is Busy B's Hauling?
    Busy B's Hauling is a full-service junk removal and hauling company serving Cobb and surrounding counties. Our #1 goal is to help customers remove unwanted items from their homes and businesses by providing quality service at fair, affordable, yet competitive pricing. Our full service junk removal includes a two - three person uniformed team. We will provide a free estimate at each appointment prior to work beginning. Once you agree with the estimate we get to work loading up your junk. It's that simple!
  • What Does Full Service Mean?
    Full Service means our junk removal team will provide all of the labor to load your unwanted items on our truck. We will collect the items from basements, attics, garages or back yards, etc. All you have to do is point to what's going on the truck.
  • How Do You Determine How Much a Job Will Cost?
    Every customer pays the same base price for junk removal. It is all based on the volume of items we take or what we call the “the truck load”. Our minimum charge for any job is $75. This includes the cost of gas and labor as well as disposal. A full truck load is $500. If a lot of stairs or other factors such as crawl spaces, attics are involved there may be a slight service charge. But we try to keep our rates both fair and competitive. Items such as tires and paint are additional ($10 per tire/$2 per can of paint) $150 Fill 25% of Truck $250 50% of Truck $350 Fill 75% of Truck $500 Fill 100% of Truck
  • Do You Take Tires and Paint?
    Yes, we will remove tires and paint for a nominal fee. To ensure tires are properly recycled and disposed of we charge $10 per tire and $2 per can of paint. For 3 or more tires we will provide a discount per tire to help defray the cost.
  • What Items Do You NOT Take?
    Asbestos, biological or medical waste, chemicals and liquid flammable items such as gas, paint thinners, & fluorescent tubes. *We are not licensed to carry hazardous materials. We also do not take oil, cooking, motor or any other type.
  • Do You Provide Same Day Service?
    If we are able to, we will provide same day and after hours service. Send us a text with pictures of your junk and your address for same day service requests to 404-716-0181.
  • What Do You Do With My Junk Once It's Gone?
    At Busy B's we always keep our planet in mind. We recycle, repurpose or reuse whatever items we can. We do this by donating items to organizations such as Good Will, The Salvation Army and The Kidney Foundation. We charge fees for removing certain items such as tires and paint, to ensure they are recycled or properly disposed of. Items that can not be recycled or donated are properly discarded into a landfill.
  • Do I Have to Be Present For You To Pick Up My Junk?
    We prefer our customers to be on site when we come to pick up their junk. Because we know this is not always possible, we can provide service without you being present if the items are located outside on the property. Customers must send pictures of the items to be removed and a good contact number for someone to call when they arrive onsite to authorize the amount before the job begins. We require payment terms (Zelle, credit or debit) to be agreed upon prior to arrival onsite and payments for completed work must be processed or sent as soon as the job is completed. *If payment is not received after completion we reserve the right to remove items from truck and leave them behind.
  • Do You Accept Credit Cards?
    Yes, we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept cash and Zelle Payments. We do not accept personal checks.
  • Will You Move Items From One Location to Another?
    Sometimes we will pick up and drop off a few items for customers such as mattresses, box springs, select furniture items, etc. but our main focus is removing unwanted junk.
